SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Fast Shipping

Orders are shipped from our retail location in New York  Monday - Friday 11 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., except when a Federal Holiday prevents pick up. Your order will be carefully picked, packed, and shipped so that your products arrive quickly and are undamaged.

Track Your Order

When your order is packaged, you will be sent a Shipping Confirmation via text or email, depending on which option you choose. Your Shipping Confirmation Notification will include a Tracking Number for your order. By clicking on the Tracking Number, you will be taken to the website of the Shipping Carrier handling your delivery, you can see where your package is at any time, and when it is estimated to be delivered by the carrier you choose at Checkout.

Once the carrier picks up your package from our retail location in New York, NY, it is out of our control, and we will rely on the same Tracking Number sent to you to tell us where your package is.

You can also find your Tracking Number by logging into your Store Account, going to your order history, and selecting the desired order . It will show your Tracking Number, which you can click on to see where your package is with the Shipping Carrier.

Delivery Confirmation

When your package is delivered, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation from us. If you haven't; check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still can't locate the Confirmation Email, kindly contact us with your order number, name and last name and we will update you on your order.

If you have any questions or special requests regarding shipment of your order, please first check your Tracking Number and Notifications. If you have further questions, you can always reach us Monday thru Friday 11:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m Eastern Time.

What is my shipping cost?

To receive a Shipping & Handling estimate for your order, please:
1. Select your crystals
2. Go to the Shopping Cart
3. Enter location in Shipping Estimator (at the bottom of the page) and you will see your shipping cost.

International Delivery**
UPDATE**  TEMPORARY CHANGES: We have made the difficult decision to TEMPORARILY stop all international and expedited shipping options at this time. To our Magic Crystals International Community, while we are temporarily unable to ship to you, we are still here to support you via our blog and social channels.
$15.00 USPS First Class International
FOREIGN CUSTOMS REGULATIONS AND HOLDS MAY DELAY DELIVERY FOR UP TO 30 DAYS. International buyers may be subject to duty charges. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be informed on the import regulations of their country for duty prices.

**Please note: Customer is responsible for any customs, taxes or duties,  if any, related to their order.  Certificate of Origin not provided.

How long will my shipment take?

 

We know how much you're looking forward to receiving your order, so we make every
effort to process your order and get it on its way to you as quickly as possible! Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch (for orders sent USPS 1st Class).

**All orders made after 8:00 AM Eastern Time on Friday do not leave our facility until Monday**

Shipping restrictions

​

  • ManasaManala does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 72 hours of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on gemstone availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

  • Continental US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. All continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.

  • Credit Card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax.

  • You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

Returns

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Everyone loves our products. When it comes to our bowls they come from Nepal. Provided by a small traditional bowls maker. Our high quality crystals come from Brazil, Mongolia, Tibet. In the unlikely event of a return, here is how it is handled:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return. Returns are accepted for real reasons.  Like receiving the wrong item or some actual problem with the product. We provide a photo of the product seconds before we send it to secure there is no damage to it. We also require an email answer, when we send a photo of the product to reensure we are sending the right product. 

We do not send products to test out or try. But you are free to pass by our store and try them in person. We don't provide recordings of the bowls because our bowls resonates differently with each person. We do not accept returns from collectors or musicians trying to make a tuned set. Singing bowls are not tuned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be undamaged, not cleaned or altered, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. Singing bowls are fragile and must be properly packed and shipped with insurance. Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
To start a return, contact us at info@manasamandala.com. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return address is not the same as the shipping address and returned items without authorization may be lost. 

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Again we will send a photo just seconds before wrapping it. So please send specific photos with the problem. But if you damage the product on your own, we will no offer a refund. And if you confirmed the product that was being sent was the correct one we will no do a return. 

Singing bowls and Buddhas are handmade, antique and imperfect. Returns are not accepted for minor blemishes, discoloration, scratches or other minor imperfections. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


We do not accept returns for sale and closeout items. Digital products are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping is not refundable.
